Existing family room and foundation remained from the original 1.5-story house in the center of Princeton. A new 2-story modular addition was installed in one day and completed in a few months to allow more room for a growing family while preserving the existing amazing back yard. Many pieces of the original house, including parts of the custom kitchen and mechanical equipment, were saved and creatively re-used.
