Wiggins Street Triplex

A January 2022 fire caused heavy damage to the 3-unit building on Wiggins Street in Princeton. Luckily no one was hurt, but the fire and water damage left the building uninhabitable. Making the best out of this terrible situation, the owners of the individual condominium units decided to work together to remodel and rebuild. All stairs will now be interior to the building, leaving more area for living space with views of treetops for residents to enjoy. Formerly, all 3 units were stacked on top of each other. After the remodel, the top 2 floors will be side-by-side townhomes so there won’t be any need to carry groceries to the 3rd floor!
