By building over an existing surface parking lot, we will be bringing 12 new light-filled apartments to the heart of Princeton’s downtown. The existing ground floor office space and 2 existing residential units will be remodeled to incorporate solar panels and green roof, creating this mixed use and mixed income development in the most walkable part of town.
